Previous Year Graduates, Cohorts, & Dropouts Validation & Certification Collection Dates

The Previous Year Graduates, Cohorts, and Dropouts Validation and Certification collection opened on Monday, September 16th, 2020 and is due by October 9th, 2020. We recently held an AIM webinar to assist districts with setting up those staff members who are responsible for validating and certifying this data, and walked through the validation and certification processes. Please see our AIM User Guides for Validation and Certification User Setup and for Validating and Certifying Previous Year Graduates, Cohorts, and Dropouts.

If you were unable to attend the live AIM webinar we hosted for this collection, the recording can be accessed and reviewed on our AIM Webinars Page.

NOTE: Validation can begin at any time after the collection opens, however, the Certification process will not be available until October 1st.
