20-21:  UPDATES IN INFINITE CAMPUS

Infinite Campus Training Survey

We would like to offer training for Infinite Campus.  If this is something you are interested in participating in, please complete this short questionnaire. 


SPED Module - Montana State Reported Data Tab

Path: Student Information > Special Ed > General > State Reported Data

The Special Ed fields (Special Ed Setting and Special Ed Exiting) previously located on the Enrollments tab have been moved to the newly created State Reported Data tab in the Special Ed module.  In addition, this information has been removed from the IEP.

  1. To enter the Special Ed Setting users will select 'New' and then from 'Reason for Change' drop down select 'Special Ed Setting is change'.  The Special Ed Setting can now be selected from the drop down.  Complete the Date field in red and the 'Start Date' field to Save.
  2. To end date the Special Ed Setting users will select the active Special Ed Setting from the list.  Enter the end date and Save.
  3. To enter the Exiting Reason users will select 'New' and then from the 'Reason for Change' drop down select 'Student is Exiting Special Education'.  The Exit Reason can now be selected from the drop down menu.  Complete the 'Exit Date' and Save.

Behavior Module

Path: Behavior > Behavior Management

  1. The Location field is now required for all new Behavior Incident records. 
  2. The Event Details now displays a brief description below after the Event Type is selected by the user.
