The OPI AIM staff have updated our Webinar Schedule.  Here is an updated list of August webinars to designed to assist those district staff members who are responsible for state reporting in Infinite Campus/AIM.

Beginning of Year Verification Collection & Fall EL Assessment Collection Webinar Link

This AIM webinar will cover the Beginning of Year Verification Process  (opens 8/12/20 closes 10/9/20) and the Fall EL Assessment Collection (opens 8/12/20 closes 10/19/20). The beginning of the year verification process establishes and verifies that calendars and enrollments for the new school year have been accurately created.  The Fall EL Assessment helps verify that all active English Learners are accurately entered by 10/19/2020.

Creating & Modifying User Account and Data Privacy Webinar Link

This AIM webinar will walk through the new user setup process as well as cover some data security elements. Topics covered include the process for creating users for AIM data entry, both
General Ed and Special Ed with the Creating and Modifying User Guide and monitoring and maintaining staff user accounts in AIM/Infinite Campus with the Data Security-Staff Users Guide. This webinar is informational and is not affiliated with a specific data collection.

AIM Student Photo Repository Guide Webinar Link

This AIM webinar will walk through the the new Student Photo Repository module in AIM. The 2019 Montana Legislature passed Senate Bill MTSB40 requiring the OPI to create and maintain an electronic directory photograph repository of all Montana public school students. The purpose of this photo repository is solely for assisting law enforcement officials in locating a student that has
