For MT Edition users: There is a validation error occurring when users are uploading their external student information system CTE data into Infinite Campus. When attempting to upload high school students' 9, 10, 11, & 12th grade CTE data, the upload is rejecting the 9th and 10th grade data with this error message:
CTE Concentrator must not be specified for student with stateID (xxxxxxxxx). This field should only be specified if the student's grade is 11, 12, or UH.
MT Edition Users may still upload 11th & 12th grade CTE data, however, 9th and 10th grade CTE data must be manually entered. We are currently working on fixing this validation error with Infinite Campus and we expect it to be available this summer. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
This is a reminder that the AIM Test Window and Program Participation collection is due by May 5th, 2020. Please view our updated Test Window AIM User Guide and the accompanying Program Participation Checklist Guide, and EL and FRAM guides for detailed instructions. We also have a pre-recorded Test Window instructional webinar available on the OPI AIM website. Please don't hesitate to contact us with any questions.
Within Infinite Campus there is an Ad Hoc under the State Published folder that will identify all high school students needing their 'Date 1st Entered the 9th Grade' field populated. The Ad Hoc is titled:
COHORT Missing District Date 1st Entered 9th Grade.
Please fix those students who are on this list by going to their Graduation tab and completing their 'Date First Entered the 9th Grade'. The 12th grade students should be fixed first. Detailed instructions on how to do this can be found in our Reporting Cohort Data AIM User Guide. IMPORTANT NOTE: Please wait until the next day to see the corrected results reflected in this ad hoc report.
