Have you been visiting multiple databases to locate evidence related to the programs you are considering?  The Results First Clearinghouse Database combines research and evidence from nine national clearinghouses! This is an excellent resource for any educational leader.

Big Idea #3 - Teachers Know Best: Teachers’ Views on Professional Development

In 2015, the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation published a study titled “Teachers Know Best: Teachers’ Views on Professional Development.” Many of the considerations and ideas discussed in this monthly newsletter are aligned with the viewpoints shared in this publication. 

If you have ever wondered what teachers want from professional development, this is worth the read.
