Continuous School Improvement Plan (CSIP) Reporting
The Continuous School Improvement Plan (CSIP) is NOW OPEN and closes November 1, 2019. If you need access for users, submit a CSIP Security Access Form to OPICSIP@mt.gov.
Teacher-Class Course Reporting Changes
Please be advised, there have been two changes to the way courses are reported in the Teacher-Class for 2019-2020.
1) Basic Education (BE) is no longer an option for Academic Level Code. These courses should be coded as General Education (GE) unless they are Remedial Education (RE). Either change the applicable courses prior to uploading data into the Teacher-Class, or fix the courses directly in the Teacher-Class screen when they appear in the Records With Errors section. For all courses, make sure that you select the appropriate Academic Level Code as this helps ensure accurate data reporting.
2) Instructional Paraprofessional (IP) is no longer an option for the Support Staff Type Code field. Paraprofessionals are not reported in the Teacher-Class as this data is captured on other screens in TEAMS. Either change the applicable courses prior to uploading data into the Teacher-Class, or fix the courses directly in the Teacher-Class screen when they appear in the Records With Errors section.
