2027 Made in Montana Trade Show Application Now Open
Discover authentic Made in Montana products at the 2027 Made in Montana Trade Show April 16-17, 2027 at the Lewis & Clark County Fairgrounds at 98 West Custer Ave. in Helena.
The trade show is a unique selling opportunity for Made in Montana businesses, incorporating a wholesale day as well as a public retail day.
The application for the 2027 Made in Montana Trade Show is now open and closes Oct. 31, 2026, at midnight. It is NOT first come, first served.
Keep in mind this is a highly competitive show and the selection committee will evaluate all submitted applications. The committee is comprised of business leaders, not just trade show organizers, so it's important to complete your application thoroughly and include the best photos of your product and display. The committee will select the Made in Montana members and products that represent the best of the Made in Montana brand for the food and gift market.
Applications will be accepted from Made in Montana members who:
- Have been active, registered members of the Made in Montana Program for at least three months prior to Oct. 1, 2026
- Sell gifts, general merchandise, and/or shelf-stable, packaged food or nonalcoholic beverages
- Offer products at wholesale prices and follow wholesale business practices
- Comply with all applicable health department rules if sampling food or beverages
- Exhibit and promote only Made in Montana products at the event
- Agree to follow all exhibitor rules and regulations

Thursday, Oct. 1, 2026: Trade show exhibitors application opens at 9 a.m.
Saturday, Oct. 31, 2026: Trade show exhibitors application closes at midnight
Friday, Jan. 8, 2027: Trade show buyer registration opens
Thursday, April 15, 2027: Exhibitor Set Up Day
Friday, April 16, 2027: Wholesale Buyer Day 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Saturday, April 17, 2027: Public Day 9 a.m. - 4 p.m.
