Administrative Rule Hearing:

Tourism Development and Enhancement Revolving Loan Fund

To provide the first funding opportunity of the Tourism Development and Enhancement Revolving Loan Fund, the Montana Department of Commerce (Commerce) is seeking to adopt an administrative rule. 

On June 27, 2024, at 10 a.m., Commerce will hold a public hearing via Zoom video conference to consider the proposed administrative rule.
