Administrative Rule Hearing: Montana Growth Fund Program

To provide the first funding opportunity of the Montana Growth Fund Program (MTGFP), the Montana Department of Commerce (Commerce) is seeking to adopt administrative rules.

The MTGFP's overall objective is to assist in economic development for Montana that will create good-paying jobs for Montana residents, promote long-term, stable economic growth in Montana, retain or expand existing businesses, provide a better life for future generations through greater economic growth and prosperity in Montana and encourage workforce development.

On January 11, 2024, at 10:30 a.m., Commerce will hold a public hearing on Zoom to consider the proposed administrative rules.

Interested parties are invited to participate in the public hearing via webinar by registering here.

Interested parties may submit their data, views or arguments either orally or in writing at the public hearing on January 11, 2024. Additional data, views or arguments may be submitted in writing no later than January 19, 2024, at 5 p.m. to:
