Montana Housing’s Annual Housing Tax Credit Compliance Training

March 29 - April 1, 2022

Montana Housing is excited to announce the return of the Annual Tax Credit Compliance Training to Fairmont Hot Springs Resort. 

This training is for developers and management companies that work with Housing Tax Credit properties. The training will go over all aspects of compliance for the Housing Tax Credit program in Montana.

Stephanie Naquin

This year, we welcome Stephanie Naquin of Novogradac. Stephanie is a Director of Multifamily Property Compliance with Novogradac. She is based in Austin, Texas, and works nationally.

Her work includes consulting with state agencies, equity providers, lenders, attorneys, developers, and onsite staff on topics related to multifamily compliance of IRC §42, IRC §142, the HOME program, National Housing Trust Fund, HUD Multifamily programs, and other locally administrated affordable housing programs, with a focus on holistic compliance.

This year we will also offer an option to participate virtually via Zoom.

Cost: $350 for the in-person option, $250 for the virtual option.
