Vendor Registration Now Open!

Exhibitor registration for the 2019 Made in Montana Tradeshow is OPEN NOW through Monday, November 19 on our online registration platform, Submittable.

The Made in Montana Tradeshow will take place March 15 & 16, 2019 in Helena, Montana at the Lewis & Clark County Exhibit Hall, 98 West Custer Avenue, Helena, MT.

Booth space fills quickly! Please remember to include multiple booth choices within your application, as well as any special notes or requests in the spaces provided, otherwise we won't be able to consider these asks.

If you're accepted, we will send you a conformation email with your booth number within 15 days of submitting your application. We will process your payment in full within 15 business days after you receive your booth number with the checking EFT or credit card information you provided at the time of submitting your application. If you prefer to mail a check, it must be received and cleared within 15 days after you receive your acceptance and booth assignment. 

Any payment we receive after these deadlines will not be accepted, and you will forfeit your booth.

About the Show

The annual, two day trade show connects wholesale store buyers from across the region with over 150 exhibitors in the Made in Montana program.  

Exclusive Wholesale Buyers Day on Friday is a chance for store buyers and other industry professionals to discover what’s new, renew contacts, purchase inventory and network with other industry pros.

Public Showcase Day on Saturday allows exhibitors to display their products to the public for retail purchase.

Remember: To participate in this show, you must be an active member of the Made in Montana program, offer a wholesale pricing structure, comply with Health Department rules, and agree to all Exhibitor Rules & Regulations.
