OKPOP Museum
This call is for the forthcoming OKPOP museum in Tulsa near historic Cain’s Ballroom. OKPOP (Oklahoma Museum of Popular Culture) will highlight Oklahoma’s creative spirit and influence on pop culture around the world. Garth Brooks, Kristin Chenoweth, James Garner, Ron Howard, Leon Russell, Wes Studi, Bob Wills, Alfre Woodard and dozens of others will be highlight in its exhibitions and collections.
The artwork budget for the project is $250,000. The link below provides more information and the submission page.

Artists Sought for Traffic Signal Boxes
The Helena Public Art Committee (HPAC) on behalf of the City of Helena, seeks to commission original designs to cover up to 7 state-owned traffic signal boxes. The HPAC seeks a different design for each signal box. Summary: Artists will be paid $700 per box design. Designs will be transferred to vinyl wraps by a contractor.
Eligibility: Open to artists and graphic designers. Teams are eligible to apply. Respondents may submit more than one design.
Submission deadline: April 7th 2020
Want To Paint A Mural in 2020? - Denver’s Urban Arts Fund Applications Are Now Open
For over a decade now, Denver’s Urban Arts Fund (UAF) has paired street artists with walls all over the city and county, paying them to paint murals that live on as some of the most treasured places in the community. The applications for this year are now open and the call for entry closes just before midnight on March 16.
This is always a great resource to remember for public art calls.
