The Paris Gibson Square Museum of Art annual Arts on Fire Festival and Live Auction will take place on Saturday, Sept 14th. We are seeking craft artists and vendors to participate and sell their crafts during the aforementioned new addition to our annual Arts on Fire Event.

Theatre Directing Courses

Friction Literary Contests
F(r)iction is accepting previously unpublished works of short fiction, flash fiction, and poetry. We accept submissions from writers located anywhere in the world, as long as the work is in English.

Aesthetica Creative Writing Award
The competition is organized by the Aesthetica Magazine. There are two categories: Poetry and Short Fiction. Poetry entries should be no more than 40 lines. Fiction entries should be no more than 2,000 words. There is no theme to the Aesthetica Creative Writing Award.

Writing Workshop
Tow your imagination in for a summer tune-up to “Write What You Know” when world traveler Christene Meyers returns to Billings to teach a writing workshop at the west-end home of the writer Pamela Gustafson and her husband, Wayne. The event will give writers of all levels an opportunity to “jump start” stalled projects, share ideas, sharpen skills and renew enthusiasm about writing goals. Writer’s block, be gone! Poets and prose writers of all levels are welcome.
