2025 REPORT ON CHARITABLE ORGANIZATIONS
With the holiday season upon us, I encourage all Mississippians to utilize our annual Report on Charitable Organizations to check the validity of a charity or organization prior to making donations.
Mississippians are some of the nation's most charitable individuals. We are known for our generosity, especially during this season of giving, but it's important to remember the wisest giver is an informed giver. Checking your charity helps ensure your hard-earned dollars advance the core charitable purpose or mission of the organization you support.
The 2025 report provides a summary of the information on file with our office as of September 30, 2025. For the most current information, I encourage you to visit the "Charities Search" portal on our website.
For more tips on how to ensure your dollars go to those in need, check out our Tips For Donating To Charities. Should you have any questions, please contact our Charities Division at (601) 359-1599 or Charities.customerservice@sos.ms.gov.

2026 ELECTION SEASON
It is with great pleasure, I report we completed another year of safe and secure elections in Mississippi. As always, the credit belongs with our elections team throughout the state. From the hard work of our circuit clerks and election commissioners to our poll workers, Mississippians can always cast their ballots with confidence knowing our elections are fair for all.
The 2026 elections are quickly approaching. Mississippi will have numerous offices on the ballot again, including U.S. House and Senate. All elections, whether municipal or federal, are important and impact our daily lives. I hope you will educate yourself on the 2026 races and fulfill your civic duty at the polls.
You can stay up-to-date on all things elections by visiting YallVote.ms and following our #Elections101 campaign on Facebook, X, and Instagram. Our office remains your trusted source for election information.

Since the inception of our Tackle the Tape initiative, we have worked diligently to cut burdensome regulations and reduce red tape across Mississippi. If a regulatory barrier is hindering your business or profession, I encourage you to reach out to our office.

GULF COAST PHYSICIANS VISIT
A big thanks to the Mississippi State Medical Association and the Singing River Component Societies for the invite. We had some meaningful discussions about issues our physicians are currently facing, as well as the challenges and successes of practicing medicine on the Coast. Solving our healthcare challenges is one of Mississippi’s toughest tasks, but open and candid conversations like these are extremely helpful.

As a bonus, I was able to see the Honors Institute students in action, who hosted a voter registration drive for their campus. Keep up the good work, PRCC!

Couldn't be prouder of my good friends at Clark Beverage Group. I was fortunate to attend their recent grand opening in Madison. During the ceremony, they introduced the 6th generation of their family-built and owned company.
