We previously shared that a new Minneapolis 311 mobile app was coming today, Oct. 13, and we’re reaching out to provide an update on that timing.
The new 311 mobile app is awaiting approval from the Apple App Store and Google Play Store, so it’s not yet available for download. We expect the new app to be available later this month. At that time, we’ll send another email with direct links to download it.
In the meantime, you can get non-emergency information or report a non-emergency issue by visiting the new Minneapolis 311 website at 311.minneapolismn.gov. This website includes the same features as the new app, including:
- 126 service types to choose from, compared to about 15 in the previous app

Service request updates when you create an account and opt in to notifications

An interactive map where you can see open service requests across Minneapolis
