Final pre-proposal meeting for 427 Cedar Ave. RFP
The City of Minneapolis has released a request for proposals (RFP) for the development of 427 Cedar Ave. This is the site of the former Dania Hall, in the Cedar Riverside neighborhood. Proposals are due by 3 p.m. on April 9, 2026. Learn more about the RFP for 427 Cedar Ave.
Staff is hosting informational meetings for anyone interested in the site and the proposal submission process. Attendence is optional. There was an online meeting on Nov 4, and an in-person meeting on Nov. 19. The final in-person meeting will be next week on Tuesday, Nov. 25. Attendees can come by anytime between 6 and 8 p.m. to ask questions.
