2025 9% Housing Tax Credit NOFA

The City of Minneapolis is soliciting project funding applications for the 2025 9% Housing Tax Credit (HTC) program.

The program’s purpose is to help finance the production, preservation or stabilization of affordable rental housing in Minneapolis. You can learn more by visiting HTC Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA)

Important: Applications will be submitted via SharePoint. Please complete the SharePoint Access Form and a project application will be created for all required HTC materials to be uploaded and submitted.

Funding proposals are due by 4:00 p.m., CDT, on July 25, 2024 at which time SharePoint permissions will be removed. The City has the right to reject any and all applications at its sole discretion.  Questions regarding this NOFA or the HTC Program should be directed to Emily Carr at housingtaxcredits@minneapolismn.gov or 612-258-3065.
