MCHCP’s Strive Employee Life and Family (SELF) Program is available for state team members and members of their household, and is designed to help you deal with life's challenges. State team members eligible for MCHCP medical coverage, and members of their household, may use the SELF program 24 hours a day, each day of the year!
This program provides assistance for a number of matters such as counseling, identity theft and fraud resolution, money matters, legal matters and everyday support (moving and relocation, child and elder care, etc.). There is also an online library with helpful tools for topics like wellness, career, and education.
