NOTICE OF RELEASE FROM STOP SALE, USE, OR REMOVAL ORDER

The Missouri Department of Agriculture Bureau of Pesticide Control hereby issues Notice of Release allowing registrants and/or their agents (distributors and retailers) to resume sales and offers of sales of Dicamba containing products labeled for agricultural use. All pesticide applicators must comply with all label directions for use, restrictions, and special precautions.

 

Older Dicamba products including, but not limited to, BANVEL HERBICIDE, CLARITY HERBICIDE, STRUT HERBICIDE and RIFLE HERBICIDE are not labeled by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) for use in Dicamba tolerant cotton and soybean crops. The use of older formulations of Dicamba products in Dicamba tolerant cotton and soybean crops will be in violation of Section 281.101 RSMo and subject to enforcement actions.

 

The Special Local Need registrations for XTENDIMAX™ with VaporGrip™ Technology, EPA Reg. No. 524-617, ENGENIA™ Herbicide, EPA Reg. No. 7969-345, and DUPONT™ FEXAPAN™ PLUS VAPORGRIP™ TECHNOLOGY HERBICIDE, EPA Reg. No. 352-913 will remain in effect until Dec. 1, 2017.
