MOPD Staff Report Update

The Missouri Professional Development (MOPD) system recently identified and corrected an error that affected staff report calculations for certain employees who changed roles within the same facility during 2025 or 2026. This fix adjusts how clock hours are displayed on staff reports; however, it does not change the actual number of clock hours employees have completed in MOPD.

Due to this correction, some employees who shifted positions under the same employer may now see updated clock hour totals. In some cases, individuals may appear  out of compliance based on the corrected reporting logic, not because training hours were removed or altered. We encourage directors to review staff reports to ensure records are calculating accurately.

If you have administrative rights to your Organization Profile (DVN), you can run reports to verify staff records.
