-
Direct Links to Details: Every video is paired with direct links to the relevant Provider Bulletins, manuals, and billing codes, allowing you and your team to dive deeper only when needed.
-
Available On Demand: Stream them anytime from your desktop, tablet, or smartphone during clinic huddles or between patient appointments.

The new video format is an enhancement, not a replacement. MHD will continue publishing our comprehensive written newsletters, provider bulletins, and hot tips. The video series simply serves as a quick-scan companion to alert you to what matters most right now.
How to Watch and Stay Connected
Provider Enrollment Update
Effective September 16, 2026, responsibility for provider enrollment activities will transition from the Missouri Medicaid Audit and Compliance Division (MMAC) to the MHD. This move is intended to streamline and improve coordination of provider enrollment activities, while allowing MMAC to focus on compliance, fraud, waste, and abuse.
MHD will update websites, forms, notices, email addresses, and any other contact information requiring a change. These changes will be minimal, such as changing references from “MMAC Provider Enrollment” to “MHD Provider Enrollment”. Additional information will be provided as the transition progresses.
Providers should continue to follow current provider enrollment requirements and procedures. Applications or updates already submitted will continue to be worked on, as usual, and you should see no break in service.

Missouri is expanding access to behavioral health consultations for children, families, and pregnant and postpartum patients across the state through the Rural Health Transformation Program (RHTP). Two state agencies are leading the effort in partnership with the University of Missouri’s Center for Child Well-Being: the Missouri Department of Mental Health (DMH), which supports child and adolescent care, and the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services (DHSS) Office on Women’s Health, which supports maternal care. Administered by the Missouri Department of Social Services (DSS), the effort represents a combined investment of up to $6.4 million to expand two provider-support programs, including the Missouri Child Psychiatry Access Project (MO-CPAP) and the Missouri Maternal Health Access Project (MO-MHAP).
