Dear FSD Benefits Portal account holder,

As of today, your portal account has been deleted due to not being updated to a Single Sign-On (SSO). To regain access to the portal, you will need to create a new account.

To create a new account, visit my.mo.gov/fsdbenefits and follow the steps below.

  1. Select ‘Sign Up.’
  2. Review and agree to the data disclaimer policy that pops up.
  3. Enter your required information in the ‘Create your Account’ form. This includes your Social Security Number, Date of Birth, and email address. Click to submit.
  4. Check for an email from ‘FSD IM Benefits Portal’ with a link that you will need to click to verify your email address.
  5. Wait for a text message with a one-time passcode at the phone number you put on your form. Enter this code into the one-time passcode field and click the submit button.
  6. Check for an email with instructions for accessing your account.
  7. Use the username and password given to you in the email to login to your account.
  8. Follow the prompts to set a new password.
  9. You can now log in with your new credentials.

After you create an account, you will need to connect your profile to see your case information. Once logged in to the FSD Benefits Portal, select ‘Connect your Profile.’ You will be asked to enter some personal identifiable information like your First Name, Last Name, Date of Birth, and either your Department Client Number (DCN) or your Social Security Number. Make sure you enter this information correctly to connect your FSD Benefits Portal account to your case information.

We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding as we work to improve the security and accessibility of the FSD Benefits Portal.
