Targeted Case Management for Individuals with Developmental Disabilities Manual

The following updates have been made to the Targeted Case Management for Individuals with Developmental Disabilities Manual:

Additional language has been added regarding the Health Risk Screening Tool (HRST)
Clarifying language has been added to the Transition/Transfer Case Responsibility section
Clarifying language has been added to the Due Process and Appeals section
Updates were made to the Value-Based Payment (VBP) section
Updates were made to the Billing Format section
Added Section 10: Place of Service Codes
