Hello DSS Team,
As a reminder, the Microsoft 365 Office Suite (M365) will deploy on Monday night!
Step One: Leave your computer on Monday night - DO NOT SHUT DOWN YOUR COMPUTER.
Step Two: On Tuesday morning (4/23), sign into your computer with your normal login information. The same information that you use every morning.
Step Three: Click on the Word or Excel application - DO NOT OPEN OUTLOOK YET. After opening an application, a Microsoft pop-up box should appear.
Step Four: To sign into M365, DO NOT USE YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS. Sign in with username@cds.state.mo.us to login and your normal password that you use to sign into your computer. You will only have to sign in this way once.
Step Five: Hooray! You are officially logged into M365! You should be able to use the Microsoft applications as normal.
REMINDER: You may not receive the Monday night deployment. If this is the case, follow these directions for the next time you log in. Some FSD and DYS team members will not receive the deployment at this time and were contacted directly.
