We're thrilled to announce the launch of DSS MO Cred Badges! Earlier this year, MO Appreciation unveiled a new platform that recognizes team member learning, skills, and achievements in a more meaningful way. Now, team members in participating agencies can receive digital badges and certificates to highlight their dedication to professional development, personal growth, and public service.
Digital badges break away from traditional credentials, offering an innovative approach that allows you to obtain, share, and verify your accomplishments with peers, supervisors, and social media. As a DSS team member, you now have access to a variety of badges that demonstrate your unique skill set, including:

DSS Leadership Academy: Recipients will have had to successfully completed and graduated from the DSS Leadership Academy to receive this badge.

Operational Excellence: Recipients are an OpEx lead contact for their respective division.

FSD Leadership Academy: Recipients will have had to successfully completed and graduated from the FSD Leadership Academy to receive this badge.

Employee of the Month: Recipients will have had to been named Employee of the Month beginning in 2000.

Workplace Wellness Champion: Recipients will have had to been named Workplace Wellness Champion beginning in 2014.
