Changes Coming to Money Follows the Person
New Name, New Look, Same Great Services!
We are excited to announce that beginning next week, Missouri’s Money Follows the Person Program will now be called “Show-Me Home!” After reviewing feedback, we feel that this updated name to our program will help better represent what we do to help Missourians on their path to independence. Other changes to note as a result of this change include:
- Our website will be updated and renamed next week, so please be sure to update any bookmarks you might have saved. The new web address will be https://www.dss.mo.gov/showmehome.
- We will have a new and improved logo that represents our new name, Show-Me Home
- We will now have a new, simplified email address, which will be showmehome@dss.mo.gov. Please update your records accordingly.
- We will not be updating any of our phone numbers, they will remain the same.
