The Missouri Department of Revenue is in the process of enhancing the MyTax Missouri website. Upgrades will include the following: 

  • The ability to manage business relationships,
  • The ability to update profile business mailing addresses, and
  • The ability to add multiple administrators to existing MyTax Missouri business portal accounts. 

As part of the upgrade, we have reduced the number of user types, to Administrators and Authorized Preparers. If you are currently registered as a Non-Employee Delegate or Employee Delegate, you will be converted to an Authorized Preparer, but you should see no change to your authorizations. 

 

Unfortunately, to make these changes, both the MyTax Portal Business and Government site and the Online Sales, Use and Withholding Business Tax Return File and Payment applications will be unavailable between November 8, 2018 at 6:00 AM CST and November 13, 2018 9:00 AM CST. All guest payments will still be available.
