March 24 Virtual Event: Shared Work — Retain Employees During Uncertain Times

The Shared Work Unemployment Compensation Program gives employers the flexibility to scale up or scale down their workforce during uncertain times while retaining valuable employees. The program allows an employer to divide the available work among a specified group of affected employees to avoid a layoff or to gradually bring your employees back to work. Employees receive a portion of their unemployment benefits while working reduced hours.

Shared Work is a win for employers, employees and the local community.
