Earlier this year, the Missouri General Assembly passed, and the Governor signed into law, HB 1729 relating to Missouri’s prevailing wage system.  This new legislation makes a number of changes and goes into effect on August 28, 2018.  If you would like more information on the new law, please follow the link below.  There you will find a summary of the changes brought about by HB 1729 as well as some “frequently asked questions” that will explore particular topics in more detail.

Prevailing wage information submitted to the Division of Labor Standards may be entered online.  Those submitting rate information via the online system will receive a copy of their submissions by email.  Handwritten submissions will not be accepted.
