Excitement is building as we approach the go-live date for our Microsoft 365 application deployment! Next week, we will introduce a suite of powerful tools that will transform the way we work and collaborate within our organization.

Your M365 application deployment is scheduled for April 30, 2024.

Accessing Microsoft 365 Applications (G3 licensed users):

Accessing Microsoft 365 (M365) applications is relatively straightforward for anyone using the desktop application. Here's a general guide on how to access M365:

• Launch the Application: Open the Start menu (Windows) or Applications folder (macOS) and find the Microsoft 365 application you want to use, such as Word or Excel; do not start the log in process with Outlook.
• Sign In: When you open the application for the first time, you'll be prompted to sign in. Use your full network login, not your email address, and password to sign in. (example: username@ads.state.mo.us) You can access further guidance on the M365 Hub.
• Access and Work: Once signed in, you can start using the M365 Office Suite applications on your state-owned devices from your desktop or from the cloud (Office.com). These applications offer advanced features and access to your documents from almost anywhere through this cloud-based solution.
