Hello Corrections Team,

 

We are counting down the days toward improved efficiency and productivity.  The deployment of Microsoft 365 (M365) Office Suite is 11 days away! You will soon have access to a suite of powerful tools that will enhance the way we work, collaborate, and achieve our goals.

 

Your M365 application deployment is scheduled for the evening of Monday, April 29, 2024.  Watch for instructions for accessing the M365 environment and resources to help you learn how to leverage your new tools.

 

Training and Support: We understand that adapting to new tools may require some assistance. Resources and documentation are available on the M365 HUB. To learn more you can utilize the M365 Support Hub icon on your desktop or visit https://sphelp.state.mo.us/m365-hub/SitePages/Home.aspx for learning resources, project announcements, FAQs, and user guides.

What happens next?

Watch your inbox for additional communications from GovDelivery and/or the DOC. HelpDesk as they will contain action items.

If you currently have LibreOffice installed on your device, that software will remain. 

Users will also see the Webmail icon on your desktop, which can be used to access your Outlook mailbox from the web.
