New Pay Plan Effective March 1

Good morning, corrections team!
We want to provide a quick update on the pay plan. Yesterday, we notified you that the pay plan had passed the House and Senate and was on its way to the Governor. Governor Parson now has signed the supplemental budget bill, and the pay increase will go into effect March 1, 2022! You will see the increase on your March 31 paycheck. Again, this pay plan gives ALL, every single one, of our Missouri Department of Corrections team members a 5.5% pay increase and raises the minimum full-time annual corrections salary to at least $31,200.
