FREE community COVID-19 testing is underway at locations throughout the state. Please sign up to get a COVID-19 test for yourself and your family. There is no cost, and no physician referral is required. However, you must schedule an appointment.
Testing is available to all Missouri residents.
Complete the required information on this form, and then select your preferred testing site and appointment time on the next page. Allow 30 minutes for completion of testing upon arrival at the testing site. Delays may occur during inclement weather.
A vaccine is on the way, but we must remain diligent in the fight against COVID-19. Get tested. Wear a face cover. Avoid large gatherings. Maintain social distance. Wash your hands. Protect yourselves, your families and your teams.
