Two U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) proposals were published in the Federal Register today:
Carbon pollution emission guidelines for existing power plants: http://www.gpo.gov/fdsys/pkg/FR-2014-06-18/pdf/2014-13726.pdf
Carbon pollution standards for modified and reconstructed power plants: http://www.gpo.gov/fdsys/pkg/FR-2014-06-18/pdf/2014-13725.pdf
The EPA is accepting comments on both of these proposals through October 16, 2014.
And don’t forget the Department’s initial stakeholder meeting to discuss EPA’s proposal and answer questions!
