Missouri Air Conservation Commission 10/31 Meeting Canceled

The October 31st meeting of the Missouri Air Conservation Commission is CANCELED. 

Due to lack of a quorum, we are canceling the October meeting. 

In order to meet deadlines with EPA and to maintain rulemaking schedules (and not have to start processes over) we are scheduling a special meeting to handle a few items that cannot wait until the December 5th meeting. 

The meeting schedule for the Missouri Air Conservation Commission for the remainder of 2013:

November 21 – Jefferson City and by conference call

This meeting will have an abbreviated agenda and cover only time sensitive items that require a quorum, the public hearing and rule adoptions. The commissioners will participate by phone. The department will have a phone line available for everyone and live stream the meeting. (Live streaming is only available until 9:45.) Staff will be present at the conference center and anyone is welcome to attend in person or by phone.

We will not prepare a briefing document for the November 21^st meeting but the October 31^st briefing document contains the relevant materials and all documents are available on the commission web page:
