New Vapor Recovery and Inspection/Maintenance Unit Chief--Mr. Richard Swartz!

Good Morning, All,

We are pleased to announce that Mr. Richard Swartz of the Air Pollution Control Program has been offered and has accepted the position of the Vapor Recovery and Inspection/Maintenance Unit Chief here in Jefferson City. Rich has extensive experience in the Air Pollution Control Program and in the Department of Natural Resources that will serve him well in this position.
