Doors will open at 4:45 p.m., and the meeting will be held from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. in Loess Hills Lodge at 406 State Street, Mound City, MO. The meeting is cohosted by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) and the Missouri Department of Natural Resources (MoDNR). The Tentatively Selected Plan (TSP) resulting from the study will be discussed at this meeting and will coincide with the 30-day public comment period for the study’s draft report which is scheduled to begin on September 28.
As MoDNR has done following previous public meetings, there will be a second opportunity to provide feedback on the TSP on Thursday, October 8. MoDNR staff will be available from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. in Toad Hollar at 1710 Nebraska St, Mound City, MO. To reserve a time to provide feedback, reach out to Colby Thrash at 573-526-4904 or colby.thrash@dnr.mo.gov.
For more information on the study, you can visit the webpage of MoDNR or USACE. Please forward this email to anyone who may be interested in the meeting. We hope to see you there!
