This email is being sent as a Blind Carbon Copy (Bcc) to all community public water systems in Missouri.
Dear Public Water System Official:
Department of Natural Resources' records have you listed as the Consumer Confidence Report (CCR) contact for your water system. If someone else in your organization also needs this information, please forward this email to them. Please read the following message regarding the 2022 CCR compliance requirements.
If you are a contract operator, please apply this information to all community water systems you serve.
Attached to this email are the instructions and documents necessary to complete 2021 CCR requirements. Please note the actual report is not included in your packet information. This is explained in the letter contained in the attached Adobe PDF document (2021 CCR Packet). The PDF document includes a copy of the cover letter (Enclosure 1) explaining the changes to this year’s CCR reporting standards, instructions (Enclosure 2) to explain the purpose of each portion of the report and an example report (Enclosure 3) to go hand in hand with the instructions.
A generic “skeleton” CCR was prepared for your water system based on the information we had available in our database. You will find the generic CCR for your system at: www.dnr.mo.gov/ccr/MO#######.pdf by replacing “#######” with the unique MO PWS ID# for your water system.
The CCR Distribution Certification Form is attached separately. A fillable form is also available on the department’s website at https://dnrservices.mo.gov/ccr/index.html.
After CCR distribution, please return the following documents to avoid violation:
- Completed CCR Certification Form
- Copy of the distributed CCR
- Supporting documentation – showing how it was distributed with the language given to customers (copy of water bill, email, newsletter, etc.)
You may mail the information through the U.S. Postal Service, email scanned copies of the items to us at the address below, or fax the information to the fax number listed below.
