2026 Missouri Pharmacy Law Review Virtual Program

The Board will be hosting a two-hour virtual Missouri pharmacy law review webinar on July 9, 2026. Join the webinar to learn more about Missouri regulatory requirements/changes, recent compliance trends, expanded scope of practice and patient safety best practices.  The program is intended for all licenses: pharmacists, interns, technicians, and permit holders. (The Board will be hosting another program on July 23, 2026, specifically for pharmacists-in-charge.  Watch for future announcements on the PIC program.)

Sterile Compounding and Nuclear Pharmacy Rules Revisions Webinars

The Board will be hosting three Lunch with the Chief Inspector webinars to review the upcoming rule revisions affecting:

• 20 CSR 2220-2.200 Sterile Compounding
• 20 CSR 2220-2.500 Nuclear Pharmacy—Minimum Standards for Operation

 

The Board will be incorporating USP Chapters 797 and 825 in these revisions that take effect 7/30/2026.  A copy of both revised rules will be available on 6/30/2026 in the Code of State Regulations.
