LAST DAY OF TECHNICIAN RENEWALS

All pharmacy technician registrations must be renewed by 11:59 p.m. on May 31, 2025 (TOMORROW!!!)   Registrations can be submitted via the MOPRO online licensing portal:  https://mopro.mo.gov/license/s/  Important notes:

  1. MOPRO is a brand new licensing system.  Your Username and Password for 2024 will not work. 
  2. If you are accessing the MOPRO system for the first time, click “Register” on the main MOPRO page to create your account.  DO NOT CLICK LOGIN if you are a first time user and need to setup an account.
  3. Registrants will need a valid e-mail address on file with the Board to create an account in MOPRO. A One Time Password will be sent to the e-mail provided so please make sure you have access to the e-mail address provided.   Please check your spam or junk mail folders if the e-mail is not received.  To update your e-mail address, please e-mail your name, license number and new e-mail address to MissouriBOP@pr.mo.gov  Staff is standing by to update e-mail addresses but please allow 1-hour for processing.
  4. MOPRO will automatically redirect you to the payment page after you submit your application.  Make sure your browser is setup to enable pop-ups for the MOPRO page to be redirected. Pop-up blockers will prevent you from being transferred to the payment page and completing your renewal.
  5. To assist licensees, Board staff will be available on Saturday, May 31st from 8 a.m. – 1:00 p.m, to answer e-mails and the Board’s main phone line (573-751-0091).   Renew now and DO NOT WAIT until Saturday!
  6. Need technical help?  Please call the MOPRO Call Center at 833-373-2936 (closed on Saturday).

 

****PAPER LICENSE COPIES****  The office has been advised of significant mailing delays throughout the state that are beyond the Board’s control.  In some instances, technicians have reported 4-6 week mailing delays.  Proof of renewal/current registration can be verified by conducting a licensee search on the Board’s website: https://mopro.mo.gov/license/s/license-search.   Pharmacy technicians can also print a duplicate copy of their registration from their MOPRO account.  ***The official licensee search printed page from the Board’s website or the official MOPRO printed license copy can be used as proof of current registration until a paper license is received.***
