Pharmacy Technician Employment Disqualification List

Fee Changes!

The Board recently amended rule 20 CSR 2220-4.010 governing Board fees.  The below amended fees went into effect on October 30, 2024:

Pharmacist Application Fee (Exam)	$150	$180
Pharmacist Application Fee (Graduates of foreign pharmacy schools/colleges)	$250	$300

Pharmacist Application Fee (Temporary Pharmacist)	$100	$120
Pharmacist Exam Retake	$150	$180
Pharmacy Technician Fee (New & Renewal)	$35	$40
Original License Fee: Pharmacy, Wholesale Drug Distributor, Drug Outsourcer & Third-Party Logistics Providers (New & Non-Resident)	$300	$360
Renewal Fee:  Pharmacy, Wholesale Drug Distributor, Drug Outsourcer & Third-Party Logistics Providers	$450	$540

Please print a new application from the website https://pr.mo.gov/pharmacists-forms.asp to ensure the application reflects the correct fee and the correct fee is being submitted.

 

PHARMACY INTERN LICENSES

Intern Pharmacist renewals were e-mailed October 1st. 

To update your address, employment, and e-mail address on the Board’s website https://info.mo.gov/pr-forms/pharmacy/pharmacists-coa.php.  If a name change is required, a copy of the driver’s license, marriage certificate or divorce decree can be e-mailed to missouribop@pr.mo.gov. Please include your name and license number on all correspondence to the Board.
