Pharmacist license renewals will be mailed in August 2024.  All pharmacist licenses must be renewed by October 31st.  To renew this year, pharmacists must have completed thirty (30) hours of continuing education (CE) between November 1, 2022 to October 31, 2024.   See Section B.3 of the Missouri Pharmacy Practice Guide for complete information on CE renewal requirements.

  • Pharmacists licensed for the first time on or after November 1, 2023, are exempt from the 2024 CE requirements.
  • CE courses must be ACPE accredited OR approved by the Board in advance.  The Board cannot approve courses that are taken prior to Board approval.  CE approval forms and instructions are available on the Board’s website.
  • All licensed pharmacists will be audited for CE compliance.   Check NABP’s CPE Monitor to monitor your CE hours that have been reported to NABP.
