The Records Locator is tool that helps pharmacy staff identify where requested records are kept in the pharmacy. These and other inspection resources may be used to help prepare for your next inspection.

Pharmacy Technician Renewals were e-mailed March 1, 2023; e-mail address and address changes can be submitted online at https://pr.mo.gov/pharmacists-coa.asp, faxed to 573/526-3464, or e-mailed to MissouriBOP@pr.mo.gov. If a name change is required, a copy of the driver’s license, marriage certificate or divorce decree is required. Please include your name and license number on all correspondence to the Board.
