The following information has been provided by the Missouri Bureau of Narcotics and Dangerous Drugs

 

The Missouri BNDD has released a new online reporting system for reports of losses, thefts and diversions.

Reports may now be submitted electronically online so a paper form does not have to be used and mailed.

There is a link to online reporting of losses.  That link provides a PDF document of instructions if needed and then also a link to our fillable form.

 

The form may be saved so that it may be completed later.

Once the form is submitted, PDF is created so a person can save what they have reported.

At the end of the form, a “return code” is given so that registrants can go back in and amend a report they submitted.
