Missouri State Board of Nursing 2017 Rule Review
Pursuant to Executive Order 17-03 and 536.175, RSMo, the Board will be conducting a review of all of its rules between now and 2018. The Board took public comments on its rules during its March 23, 2017 meeting and will be taking public comments again on any of its rules during the May 24, 2017 meeting. The Board will also take specific comments on the rules identified on the Board’s open public board meeting agenda and as shown in the table found on the Board’s website, http://pr.mo.gov/nursing-rules-statutes.asp.
Public comments can also be submitted online via the Board’s website at https://renew.pr.mo.gov/nursing-proposed.asp or in writing via email, U.S. mail, or fax.
