Schedule II (Medications Containing Hydrocodone only) Controlled Substance Prescriptive Authority
Effective August 28, 2015, section 334.104.2 RSMo will permit APRNs in a collaborative practice arrangement with a physician to prescribe only medications containing Hydrocodone from Schedule II if delegated in the arrangement. The prescription is limited to a 120 hour supply without refill just like the Schedule III.
