The Special Health Care Needs Family Partners invite you to registerfor the 2026 SHCN Family Partnership Parent and Caregiver Retreat: Trip Around the Sun.
This retreat offers the opportunity to connect with others who have similar lived experiences. Come celebrate your successes and share your challenges, as you find resources and supports available to keep growing and learning.
Sessions are designed to support parents and caregivers of children and youth (birth to 21) who have been identified as having a complex medical condition(s) and/or who are deaf and hard of hearing.
