Are you swimming through each day, feeling like you’re navigating an endless ocean on your own? If so, this retreat is for you. Special Health Care Needs Family Partners invite you to join the 2025 SHCN Family Partnership Parent and Caregiver Retreat: Just Keep Swimming.
This retreat offers the opportunity to connect with others that have similar lived experiences. Come set your course through the waves of resources and supports available to help you swim through life.
Sessions are designed to support parents and caregivers of children and youth with special health care needs, including parents and caregivers of children and youth who are deaf or hard of hearing.
