Missouri Disability Empowerment (MoDE) Foundation
Missouri Disability Empowerment (MoDE) Foundation is a nonprofit organization founded by mothers with a shared belief that every individual deserves quality educational experiences and support, regardless of ability. The mission of the foundation is to empower children with disabilities and their families through educational advocacy and by promoting inclusivity.
MoDE hosts Special Education Stations across the state, offering free support for Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), 504 Plans, and other special education and disability related questions. If you are interested in bringing a clinic to your town, MoDE will work with you or your organization to bring resources to your area.
For questions about individual advocacy, Special Education Stations, or any general inquiries, you can contact MoDE directly.
