Save the Date!

Trekking through the jungle without a map? It's loud, confusing, riddled with obstacles, and can be lonely at times. Special Health Care Needs Family Partners would like for you to make plans to attend the 2024 SHCN Family Partnership Parent and Caregiver Retreat “It’s A Jungle Out There.”

This is an opportunity to network with others who have lived experience, as you are mapping your journey through the jungle of resources and supports available to children and youth with special health care needs.
